Growthmining Investment LLC is a federally registered investment adviser based in the United States, providing discretionary and non-discretionary investment management services to both retail and institutional clients. Our services include personalized portfolio construction, rebalancing and monitoring, risk-adjusted asset allocation strategies, and access to alternative investments and digital assets. We charge an annual fee based on assets under management (AUM), ranging from 0.50% to 2.00%, deducted quarterly in arrears, excluding transaction, custodial, or fund-level management fees. Investment decisions are made using both fundamental and technical analysis, and clients should understand that all investing involves risk, including the possibility of loss—no strategy guarantees profit.
